Adam has over 15 years’ experience of working with people struggling with a variety of emotional wellbeing, mental health issues, needs and difficulties within both the NHS and private sectors.
Primarily specialising in working with adolescents, young people, and families, Adam also specialises in working with men struggling with emotional wellbeing and mental health issues. Whilst trained as a Mental Health Nurse, Adam also has training and extensive experience in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Family Therapy based interventions.
Adam can offer face to face counselling sessions for adults and young people struggling with a range of concerns including: stress, anxiety, depression, poor or self-destructive coping behaviours including self-harm, alcohol and substance misuse, anger, change, relationship difficulties, grief, loss and bereavement.
Qualifications: BSc Hons, RMN, Honouree Lecturer London South Bank University.
