Mind Calm Workshop at Purleigh – 8th August 2015

MIND CALM MEDITATION WORKSHOP (FULL DAY) 8TH AUGUST 2015
10AM TILL 6PM – £69 PER PERSON (INCLUDES LIGHT LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS)

Mind Calm is a specially developed, modern meditation technique created by the award winning Meditation Trainer Sandy Newbigging. The Mind Calm method has been created specifically for busy professionals and for those that need some help with dealing organising their thoughts on a daily basis.

Harriet Stack been personally trained to become one of Sandy’s select group of accredited Mind Calm Meditation Coaches. On this full day workshop, she will teach you the life changing insights at the heart of Mind Calm, as well as the simple and effective techniques that will help you to experience a direct and positive life experience from then onwards.
